SPRING, the promise of an inspiring career at LVMH
The LVMH Graduate Program, SPRING, gives you a unique exposure and immersion into our diverse ecosystem. This program aims at developing your talent and your leadership potential to jump, at the end of the program, into a key position within LVMH and its Maisons, in one of our many métiers, ranging from product design, operations, through retail, e-commerce, and supply chain, just to mention a few.

3 years, a variety of experiences
If you are selected to take part in SPRING, you will be offered a permanent contract from the start of the program.

During the program, you will rotate across three different missions of 10 months each within 3 different Maisons. Our goal: making you take ownership of your career, by offering you the possibility to choose your missions ‘à la carte’ among a variety of positions. An HR team will be there to help you make the best decisions to carry out your career plans.

Among these three missions, two will be carried out within one of the following areas:
√ Marketing & Communications’ (e.g. Junior Product Manager, Digital Content Manager) ‘Retail & Sales’ (e.g. Retail Trainee Manager, Retail Customer Experience Coordinator)
√ Operations & Supply Chain’ (e.g. International Supply Chain Coordinator, Demand Planner)
√ The third one will be a Strategic Mission (e.g. Shadowing of a Maison CEO, Project Manager at LVMH’s corporate departments with Group-transversal missions).

For the pilot year, the 3 missions will be in France.

Summer Boosts
In between each of your three missions, you will join the incredible Summer Boosts – Learning & Development programs to foster your personal and professional skills.

You will attend specially designed workshops teaching you the fundamentals of leadership and helping you improve your management skills.

During the summer after your third mission, you’ll also participate in a specific program that you will be assigned a strategic business case to work on, and you will have to present to Senior Group Executives.

Eligibility Criteria:
√ Hold a Master’s degree by 2022 and could start full time job in September
√ Have maximum 3 years of working experience after graduating (not including internships nor apprenticeships)
√ Speak English with professional fluency
√ Have the right to work in France without needing a visa sponsorship
√ Experiences abroad (of min. 6 months) and language skills will be valued too
