Your mission as Global Product Manager is to lead product development from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs. You will manage the complete product life cycle, ensuring profitable, competitive, and sustainable business growth through innovations, value proposition and digitalization.

This position is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment with a great growth potential. As Global Product Manager, you will work closely with R&D, Operations, CC’s and Service Division. You will be part of the Quality Assurance & Manual Tightening Product Marketing Team, reporting to the Global Marketing Manager.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility of a product line involving product planning, roadmap, pricing, launches and pruning.
  • Deliver premium quality marketing material in collaboration with the communications team and agencies, inspiring innovating digital marketing material supporting global product launches, emphasizing strong value proposition.
  • Analyze potential market, drive market share and competitor analysis.
  • Lead and deliver product and sales trainings, promote and share success stories, best practices through all channels in cooperation with the communication team.
  • Provide sales and technical support and guidance to CC’s, including strong field presence.
  • Full responsibility of a product line involving product planning, roadmap, pricing, launches and pruning, and ensure sales development is according to the target.

Skills, experience, education: 

  • You have a Technical, Business or Marketing academic degree.
  • 3+ years of Product Marketing and/or Sales experience.
  • Excellent product management skills.
  • Proven record in value proposition marketing launch pack preparation, product launches.
  • Experience in delivering product sales training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced Microsoft Power Point.
  • Good knowledge of tightening assembly market, Quality Assurance or Manual Tightening experience in automotive is considered a plus.
