Key Activities & Responsibilities

Provides administrative support and assistance to the Group General Counsel & BD Officer and function members by:

  • preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • filing and retrieving documents and reference materials, conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents
  • managing travel arrangements and filing expenses notes for the team
  • arranging and coordinating meetings and events
  • monitoring, respond to and distributing incoming communications, answering and managing incoming calls
  • Checks external consultants’ expenses and hours invoiced to the company before approving invoices
  • Keeps track of incoming invoices, interacting with external suppliers and internal accounting department regarding invoices, manages the formal approval of invoices and tracks invoices status through the online system Lucy

  • Internal: Group General Counsel & BD Officer and legal and BD team
  • External:  Service providers

 Summary of Experience 

  • Usually at least 3 years experience providing support at the executive level
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures

 Education / Professional Qualifications 

  • English language knowledge
