Provide support to the whole regulatory staff “Emerging Countries and IMDD” for the optimal and most effective conduct of the daily activities, including all the administrative tasks.
> screening phone calls, meeting organization;
> organize and maintaine diaries and making appointments;
> Stationary orders (Chiesi stamps, business cards, etc.);
> Organization and archive of documentation;
> Invoices registration of regulatory expenses concerning Ra_Row, follow up and coordinating with resource administrator for the control of the funds and archive of the documentation;
> Organization of travel, visas and accommodation and reimbursement of travel expenses of RA_RoW colleagues;
> Preparation of the shipment of pharmaceutical products (dealing with import – export department with the support of the area manager of the different areas);
> Management of CPP and GMP certificates and Manufacturing Licenses.
> Secondary-school degre
> At least 3 years in the job
> Good ability with administration, secretariat and personal assistance activities.
> Good relationship with people
> English - fluent.
