The chosen candidate will be welcomed in HR Administration&Planning, joining the team of Shipboard Personnel Administration, reporting to the Shipboard Personnel Administration Manager.
Key responsibilities will include support in the monthly payroll process and in preparation of reports for Social Security and Tax Authorities. Other tasks will include accounting reconciliation, IT tests and system enhancements, management of family allowances and tax deductions, pension plans.
> University degree
> 2-4 years experience in Labor law / HR Administration / Payroll
> Strong skills in analytics
> Team working and problem solving attitude
> Excellent knowledge of office tools, in particular of MS Excel
> Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required).
