You will be responsible for specific projects that enhance the product development. You will participate in the product/indication strategy development, in constant coordination with the product team and your Line Manager with a particular focus on tactical implementations.
> Market knowledge: Be involved in the ongoing and in-depth review/analysis of evolving marketplace;
> Product strategy: Participate to the brand plan development, in line with the product strategy and market needs;
> Tactics execution: Execute marketing and communication tactics, in line with the brand strategy and measured by ad hoc KPI, with the constant supervision of the Line Manager. Be involved in the sales force updating;
> Business plan management: Be involved in the management of product marketing cost in accordance with the agreed latest financial plans and under the constant supervision of the Line Manager;
> Teamwork: Work and collaborate across all departments (Medical, Communication, Digital, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Market Access, Logistics);
> Compliance: Work, on a daily basis, in accordance with the national/company compliance standards (eg. Simphony, MAP..);
> Manage, effectively, relations with TAEs within specific projects followed and in cooperation with Medical Manager and your Line Manager.
> Scientific/economics degree;
> Abroad work or university experience (preferentially);
> Good analytic skills;
> Good communication skills;
> Proactive in managing specific projects/task;
> Ability to establish good relations and foster open communication;
> Ability to manage execution by tenacious follow-up and driving results;
> Strong results orientation;
> Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
