To support the Project Team by maintaining the Integrated Project Plan (PDP plus Gantt chart) and the risk log, monitoring and controlling Project scope, time-lines and budget parameters, reporting project progress, organising project meetings, running parts of project meetings, acting as a “sounding board”.
> Manage the coordination of Project activities, ensuring that the agreed project objectives are delivered at the end of each phase of development
> Manage any uncontrolled change in project scope, time-line, budget or quality
> Ensure the Project Leader is fully informed of any change which would take the project outside of the agreed variance for each parameter.
Key project documents/Planning
> Develop and maintain a cross-functional integrated project plan (PDP & gantt) based on the agreed Project strategy. The Integrated Project Plan is to be updated at each Stage-Gate or when there is a significant change in Project scope, time-lines, budget or quality
> Ensure key Project documents including TCP, TPP, Integrated Project Plan (PDP and gantt), Project Card and Risk-Log are updated in a timely fashion
> Manage the documentation required for each Core Project Team meeting and Technical committee. Ensure agendas and meeting papers are circulated prior to meetings and that Key Messages and Minutes from meetings are communicated rapidly.
> Degree in a Life Science or Economic Subject.
> At least 5 years’ experience within the Preclinical, Clinical, Regulatory, CMC or Industrial areas. The involvement in projects/laboratory/studies management is a must.
> Evidence of managing small teams or working groups
> Good communication, facilitation & presentation skills
> Strong analytical & problem solving skills;
> English (fluent).
