In order to expand our Graduates Recruiting team, we are looking for a Recruiter willing to build innovative ways to attract, engage and recruit candidates.
The ideal candidate has a client-oriented attitude, a strong ability to interact with all levels within the firm, and has experience in:
> 2/4 years relevant experience in recruiting and talent acquisition preferably within other Big4/Strategy firm or agencies;
> partnering with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs;
> sourcing candidates using database, social media, other platforms etc;
> screening candidates resume and job application;
> conducting interviews and assessing applicants relevant experience and background using various recruiting and selection tools;
> acting as a single point of contact for candidates, target universities and the Business lines;
> promoting the company reputation as a best place to work;
> tracking progress on the selection process and providing regular reporting;
> fluency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
