The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be expected to manage the recruitment process for temporary and permanent positions (employees and managers), manage the contracts with head hunters, take part in Employer Branding projects, build the selection dashboards (KPIs, reporting).
> Working with management in assigned departments to identify qualified (internal/external) candidates to fill vacant positions, he/she will be responsible for the full recruiting process (from sourcing to offer)
> collaborate in Talent Attraction Projects and Employer Branding activities (job advertising in various media - including digital channels -, negotiate and define collaboration with Italian and international head hunters,
attend job fairs and establish solid contacts with Universities and other organizations to identify potential candidates)
> screen and conduct deep interviews to get information on applicant’s work history, education, motivation, behaviors, extend offer to final candidate.
> University Degree;
> more than 5 years of experience in recruitment/headhunting for a Consultancy or within staffing function in a company as recruiter;
> background in Pharmaceutical field with focus in Research&Development Departments is requested;
> advanced used of Linkedin (other Social Networks for talent acquisition);
> great passion for the digital environment;
> good problem solving, judgment and decision making skills;
> ability to prioritize and plan routine activities;
> influencing and communication skills;
> empathy and ability to build strong networks inside and outside the company;
> English fluent
