We are looking for an HR Intern within the Plant HR Department.
> Support the HR team in all administrative procedures related to personnel management (attendances, hirings, resignations, annual leave, overtime work);
> Make weekly, monthly and yearly reports as requested from Central HR
> Provide support on discipline, grievance, employee relations and legal issues
> Support the HR team managing all phases of the recruitment process for the vacancies arising (Job announcements, cv screening, recruitment interviews, feedback to candidates)
> Assist in the identification of training and development needs, support organizing the annual training plan (contacting the training providers and the teachers, organizing the training courses, inviting the personnel involved, preparing the related documents)
> Support the HR Department dealing with daily issues and operations related to the employees management.
> Graduate Degree in Economics, Law, Political Science;
> Postgraduate degree in Human Resources;
> Fluent English knowledge is mandatory, further languages will be a plus;
> No previous experiences required.
> Knowledge of Labour Law.
> Strong knowledge and use of Excel and Office tools;
> knowledge and use of SAP
