We are looking for an HR Intern for the BL Suspension Systems.
> Support the Performance and Leadership Management Process;
> Support the HR team managing all phases of the recruitment process for the vacancies arising (Job announcements, cv screening, feedback to candidates, induction plan for new hired people);
> Support the HR team in development needs identification and training courses;
> Support the HR Department for the People Satisfaction Survey;
> Support in managing of the organizational charts;
> Cooperate in the preparation of the Talent Management Review.
> Good English knowledge;
> Knowledge and use of Excel and Office tools;
> Good communication and relationship skills.
